Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable portfolio.
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, and written communication to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.
- Prepare and send payment reminders, statements, and other correspondence to customers.
- Collaborate with the credit team to assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
