Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces according to hotel standards.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware using manual or automated cleaning methods.
- Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and storage areas, are kept clean and organized.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables properly and efficiently.
