RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offering non-contentious construction advice to building project groups in synchronization with other firm divisions, ensuring that all aspects of contract monitoring get an excellent quality lawful solution

Requirements:
Profile
- University level in Regulation from an identified regulation college, with admittance to a recognized Bar or holding an existing practicing certificate released by a Law Culture
- Previously operated in a private practice
- Around ten years’ experience dealing with major construction jobs and disagreement resolution/commercial adjudication within the Middle East
- Knowledge with the FIDIC collection of contracts is essential, preferably in the transportation sector
- Good understanding of the legal systems between East and also the civil code system
