Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Ensure all packed items are labeled accurately and include the necessary documentation.
- Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing.
- Operate packing machines and other related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Arrange and organize packed products in designated areas for shipping.
- Assist in loading and unloading products from trucks or storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Help with inventory counts and ensure the correct stock is available for packing.
- Support other team members and departments as needed.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is an advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of packing materials and processes.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 25 kg.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
