As a Business Development Manager at Student Beans, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, retailers, and agencies.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Student Beans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in the technology or marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
