Job Description:

East 57th Street Partners, a prominent executive search and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR function. As the CHRO at East 57th Street Partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals and support our mission. This position requires a strategic leader with extensive HR expertise, strong business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HRIS management.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Leading the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
