Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HRIS management.

Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
