Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in various departments including IT, marketing, sales, finance, and HR.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to align with company goals and objectives.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

Education and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a COO or relevant role with at least 10 years of experience in senior managerial positions.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
