Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Maintain and organize departmental files and records, both physical and digital.

Education and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.
