Working Hours

Full time, permanent position
Full training will be given in business procedures and operating protocols
Salary – £31,322.34 per year
Overtime – £16.28, after 45 hours

Shifts available:

Sunday to Friday – 07:30 to 17:30
Monday to Saturday – 07:30 to 17:30
Monday to Friday – 07:30 to 17:30

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to load and unload fruit crates and pallets.
Safely transport and store produce within the facility.
Assist in the organization of the fruit packing and storage areas.
Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Valid forklift driving certification.
Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably in a warehouse or agricultural setting.
Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
