Etihad Rail is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff at our facilities in Dubai. The Ground Staff plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of rail services by providing support and assistance to passengers, crew, and operational staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers and provide assistance with ticketing, boarding, and baggage handling processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times, including passenger screening and baggage checks.
- Assist passengers with special needs or requirements, such as mobility assistance or language translation.
- Coordinate with train crew and operational staff to facilitate the timely departure and arrival of trains.
- Monitor passenger traffic and queues to maintain order and efficiency in boarding and disembarkation.
- Respond promptly to passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests for information or assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of station facilities, including waiting areas, platforms, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with other ground staff and departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless passenger experience.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or transportation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
