Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
- Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests.
- Follow company policies and guidelines for housekeeping operations.
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with the housekeeping team to meet daily goals.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada (Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit).
