Job Responsibilities:

- Leading employee relations efforts, including investigating and resolving employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance issues, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
