Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, and providing strategic HR solutions and support.
  • Serving as a consultant and advisor to department heads and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and support a positive employee experience.
  • Leading employee relations efforts, including investigating and resolving employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance issues, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
