Orlando Health, a leading healthcare provider in Central Florida, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner at Orlando Health, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and department heads, providing strategic HR support and guidance to achieve organizational goals. This position requires individuals with strong HR knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, and providing strategic HR solutions and support.
  • Serving as a consultant and advisor to department heads and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and support a positive employee experience.
  • Leading employee relations efforts, including investigating and resolving employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance issues, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
