Job Description:

As a Team Member, you will be an integral part of delivering itsu’s unique dining experience, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of itsu’s food items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
