Mandatory requirements:
- 1-year engineering science education

Explicit responsibilities
1. HSE management
- Show predictable behaviours and practices with commitments of obligation of care of the management, the collaborator and the network.
- Work with the Project HSE Advisor and Project Management Team to ensure that all Project Task Territories conform to relevant Worley Parsons, administrative and authorized HSE commitments.
2. Quality management
Work with the Location Quality Manager and the Project Management Team to ensure:
- Business Management Plans and Neighbourhood Frameworks and Strategies are created and executed in accordance with the prerequisites of the Worley Parsons Project Management Process (WPMP) and the Reliable Business Management System (EMS) with explicit area needs, administrative and legally binding
- Company personnel are adequately trained in the risk plan prerequisites and to obtain and apply subordinate frameworks, systems, and reference materials through the project website, EMS, WPMP, and knowledge communities, as appropriate.
- Value viability with the intent of ensuring that procedural controls and essential item confirmation and evaluation courses of action are established and have resources for the trusted task with critics, legal and authoritative commitments.
- Convincing organization and use of configuration control, verification, approval and audit exercises.
- Viable execution and coordination of seller evaluation and assessment exercises.
- Viable execution and confirmation of development evaluation and test exercises.
- Viable execution of nonconformities, corrective activities and preventive activities that form the executives.
3. Quality management (continued)
- Foundation of a viable risk-based review program
- Adequacy of project management review programs, including assortment research and detail of company performance measures.
4. Improvement of skills
- Participate in the global quality learning network activity to train quality experts to talk to each other and update on the latest events.
- Support internal instruction, advancement, and mindfulness programs that are identified with sound quality management practices and Worley Parsons quality systems.
- Encourage the execution of existing and new organization procedures and capacity improvements on Project Operations.
- Decide the regions for potential improvement and, in discussion with the Location Quality Manager and the Project Management Team, encourage the implementation of improvements to address these regions and evaluate the results of updates. - Promote the free audit / accreditation of the Project’s Quality Management Systems according to the corporate, administrative or customer needs.
5. Customer relations
- Ensure that the project team appropriately recognizes and monitors the customer’s quality management requirements and concerns and the needs of different partners.
6. Assets
- In relation to the Project Management Team and the Location Quality Manager, select and distribute quality specialists to extend the verification and examination work to ensure that these exercises are adequately resourced and
- Guarantee that the new quality specialists are accepted in a viable way in all the perspectives that are identified with the Quality parts of the Project.
7. Execution management
Related to the Project Management Team and the Location Quality Manager:
- Give a practical initiative to extend the quality workforce.
- Strengthen and advise the quality faculty of the company to help advancement, executives and the organization to undertake quality management frameworks due to the desires of the tasks and the client
