Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with luggage handling, including loading and unloading baggage onto conveyor belts, trolleys, or airport vehicles, ensuring proper handling and care.

- Respond to emergency situations, incidents, or passenger inquiries promptly and effectively, coordinating with relevant authorities and personnel to ensure the safety and security of all airport stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate work activities, prioritize tasks, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the shift.

Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, in a fast-paced airport environment.
