ANDY is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in Saint-Laurent, Manitoba. Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide support for network connectivity issues and troubleshoot internet problems.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and passwords.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Maintain records of issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
