Job Description:

The National Autistic Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher to join our team in Southall. This role involves teaching and supporting children with autism, ensuring they receive a high-quality education tailored to their individual needs. Job Responsibilities:

Education and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of autism and related teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with autism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
